Had to order a yellow ink toner due to being out of stock. Wrong item was sent which was unable to install or use in the time needed

Just follow instructions...box up the old cartridges and drop off to FedEx!!!!

Has to be a cheaper way....

Great Product
This toner not only exceeded our expectations as far as the quality but it was also recognized by our printer to be a genuine HP toner. I order for our business office and one thing we love is the fact that we get next day delivery from Staples. Great products & great service. Trust me we always need toner!
