Imaging Drum
Staples delivered the imaging drum the next day so I was up and running again quickly! It was very easy to replace with the step by step instructions.

Bad on STAPLES part / and this is the 2nd time I'm writing this review ! Called the Lady Lake store in FL prior to my going there to make sure that the TONER for my printer was IN STOCK Was told YES but when I got there - not in stock ! ! was told could order on line ! ! ! Staples always does well with website orders. Overall I purchase less from Staples since the Staples Rewards program was "downgraded". I understand that the company has to fully examine profitability at all times but these changes sometimes cause decreases in sales volume for any retailer.
