Missing screws
Very nice chair. However, there weren't any screws in the box. I contacted Staples, and was advised that due to it being a Sealy chair they could not assist and I would have to contact Sealy directly. The rep provided an email address that was incorrect. I then went to the Sealy website and sent an email to their support center. I received a response back a few hours la...
