defective
used for one print and then printer "did not recognize" the ink cartridge. Reinstalled and shook multiple times with no fixing the problem.

I purchased this item some time ago. I was going to now again, but coupon did not consider inks as school supplies. I did not purchase, so not sure why I got this. When I did purchase, this is one of the inks needed for my husband's printer. All good.

Very vivid and inky! Genuine Epson.
For me the "genuine Epson" is important, as I've owned (and still own) several types and generations of Epson printers. Ink is expensive, but I don't want to chance clogging ink jets or whatever with a knock-off. The price is pretty much as low as can be found (same or less than Epson direct) and Staples' delivery is quick. C'est tous.

Epson Ink's consistent color results!

Excellent product, poor shipping
Product arrived quickly, but was shipped in a plastic envelope. The cartridge boxes were very beat up, but the cartridge seems fine. I received two other cartridges from Staples the same day, but shipped from a different location. They arrived in a box with packing materials, and were in perfect condition.
