Bought SIX years ago and still happy with it.
I bought this chair in 2014 after trying it in a staples store. It wasn't so much the seat padding which they advertise, but the many adjustments you can make. At work, I use a Herman Miller Aeron chair and I am able to adjust this one better.

Falling apart after 30 days
I bought this chair 30 days ago and the mesh is already coming apart from the back of the chair. Tried to return but it said it's already outside the return window.

Not all that
The chair had a defect and would tip forward every time you stood up. From the name, it sounded like it would be comfortable, but it really wasn't.

Like the chair, armrests are junk
I like the chair itself but the armrests are falling apart. Trying to figure out how to order the parts without spending a small fortune. Tried customer service and they are not helpful.

No tilt
This is a good chair but not great for the $$$. My biggest complaint is the tilt feature. It doesn't tilt and I contacted the store. They said not sure why. After investigating, it seems the issue is it was improperly put together by the store. Inspect carefully when you purchase this chair. I waited too long to take it back and have it corrected.

This chair has a lot of adjustments and I love it! took a little while to learn them all but worth it! the only thing is that it does get hot, but it is to be expected because of the Tempurpedic foam. I spend and average of 8 hrs a day on it and my hips do not hurt anymore (you have to take breaks of course), worth the money!

Comfortable chair!
This has been really comfortable for your bottom as the chair is very soft but firm also, giving support. Only downside is the wheels are very rolly - it moves around easily on floor so I am getting a mat. Its still a great chair otherwise.

Great Value and Comfort
Spent even more money on a chair from elsewhere. But it wasn't as comfortable as this one is for my lowerback injury. Last four discs 3mm to 6mm bulging. The memory foam and mesh back and adjustability of this chair allows you to dail it in just as you need it to be.
Had used the prior one until the elbow rests were all tearing apart finally after some years.

Tempur-Pedic TP8000
Heavy chair, very nice quality. Easy to put together. Once you get it adjusted it is a great chair, not super soft but very supportive. Work over 10 hours a day and it's comfortable the whole time. I'm 5'3 the chair is a little big (oversized maybe the right word) but I can reach the floor & the back adjusts forward, decent lumbar support. Overall Pleased with purchase!

Sturdy and durable chair
Bought this chair for my home office. It wasn't hard to assemble. It is very heavy and seems durable. The seat is wide and deep, but quite comfortable. Other reviews say it is too hard, but, I think it is supportive. Very little to no lumbar support, so I still have to use a back pad. The adjustments works except for one of the handles doesn't seem to do anything....

comfortable for long periods of time
The foam seat forms to your legs. Has the appropriate adjustments to fit your body. I didn't know about the back up and down adjustment until I saw a video of the chair. That was an added bonus, I moved it to the best position for my lower back.

Good, comfy, a pain to set up
Overall the chair is comfortable and it’s nice that there are so many adjustments that can be made. The instructions to set up are basically pictures with no explanation but if you’ve ever put anything together then it should be simple enough to follow. The pains are that the Allen wrench given is way too big, luckily we have our own, and two parts were mislabeled.
