Bad Batches
We've been buyig this paper for awhile and there hasn't really been an issue until recently. The paper has weird anomalies, like a vein in the paper. It causes the paper to have a clean rip and gets jammed in the copy machine. We've been going through and pulling all the pages out that are defective.

Delivery wrong area
I was notified it was a delay of delivery for 7-29 and it was deliver today in the wrong area in the hallway with the rest of the items. Please advise when you are delivering items.

Weight misleading
I typically order Staples red box but lately a lot of reams are 16lbs sheets and not 20lbs. Because of that, this last time I ordered Staples white box. This is worse, every ream so far is 16lbs and not 20lbs. 16lbs is way to flimsy for our business needs. Also, if I'm paying for 20lbs, I should not be cheated with the cheaper paper.

paper quality
If you are receiving the paper made in United Arab Emirates, it is thinner and of poorer quality than the paper of the same item # made in the US. The UAE paper is a brighter white, thinner, and jams in the copy machine.
