Bad Batches
We've been buyig this paper for awhile and there hasn't really been an issue until recently. The paper has weird anomalies, like a vein in the paper. It causes the paper to have a clean rip and gets jammed in the copy machine. We've been going through and pulling all the pages out that are defective.

Paper and delivery

Delivery of copy paper
Every time I order our copy paper from Staples Advantage the delivery is brought into our back door entryway. Since we have our maintenance dept. move it to our basement workroom we need it delivered inside until they can get to it. This order was placed outside on our dock. Thankfully it is a sunny day and our maintenance staff moved quickly to get it carried inside...

Dirty
We've been ordering this paper because it's cheaper than Tru Red. However the latest case contains paper with brown speckles all over it. Several reams had paper have this issue. It's not suitable to use this paper for business purposes. I won't be ordering this product again for this reason.

Easly broken-down boxes
I'm not sure if it was intentional decision by the company or a happy accident, but the last shipment we got had extra straps around them, but the glue on the boxes was very light, so you could easily pop the seams and break it down to be disposed of! its a weird thing but is such a nice convenience, especially with the amount of paper we go through

HORRIBLE
This is the worst paper ever!! And not what we ordered but always seems to get sent. It's very thin like it's been recycled and rolls up and get's clogged in your copier. BEWARE DO NOT BUY!!
