too costly
It's WAY too expensive!! I have my printer set on "normal" (the lowest) for both the computer and copy quality abut I am constantly buying ink. I have a "brother" printer and I can't afford to buy another printer...but it would probably be just the same.

I’ve been using this ink for years and it works very well. I just wish the cartridges lasted longer! Please, Staples, keep carrying this product, and also the one in black!!

Brother ink cartridges
They had moved the item, but assistant was very helpful and pleasant. He also made sure I was buying the correct cartridge for my printer. Went out of his way and great personality, real customer service, have missed that in other businesses past few years!
