Door Handel became disengaged and not operable!!!
Last night I went to open my Sentry Safe and the door handle became disengaged and I could not open my safe!!!!

Very pleased
We were very pleased with this! We both sleep better knowing that important documents and treasures are safe. The factory code did not work! so we used the key. After many failed attempts to use the factory code I pressed the little red reset button. This worked. This advice should have been in the instructions.

Ease of Operation
Arrived with no damage in shipping. Easy to install batteries. Electronic keypad and locking mechanism operated as advertised. Well pleased with the purchase and perfect for my needs.

Closing the safe
I’ve had the safe for quite a few years but just got it set up to close and lock it. Hard to find the preset code. But very hard to physically close the safe for a senior citizen.

Keypad
Keypad is very flimsy sometimes detaches when opening and closing. Hard to open and close some times.

Needs a key
I like the safe a lot. The only thing is it never came with an emergency key. But other than that the safe works great.

Good deal, thankful for customer service
Perfect size safe...170 pounds is nice and heavy and able to be placed in areas where it will take some time to move. Comes with bolts to secure to floor. Great Safe!

Pretty good safe
Really good safe. The only problem we have is the handle shaft has gone bad twice. It’s not that hard to replace though.

Good home choice for size and security.
The safe was great for its size for home use. It is a bit expensive but for the features and size it seems equivalent to other manufacturer products.
