there was no problem purchasing the cartridge. The problem I had was the manager was not able to assist me in installing the cartridge. I am stating this because the last time I purchased this cartridge a person on staff installed the cartridge successfully.

i got the ink with in 2 days from order date and it works fine i also ordered XL balck refill which i had to return my printer would not accept it so had to buy HP oem replacement and it works ok.I would buy again from staples and u get 2$ on rewards plan whn u return empty ink to store

Good Price - comparable with Ink Jets, and surely less costly than HP.
REAL QUICK delivery, tho no rush was needed Ink Jets slower, but no matter.
Not yet installed - I always order upon installing back up cartridge.

Didn't last long.
The cartridge only lasted a couple weeks. Staples refunded my money, but it's taking a long time to get a replacement cartridge.

I bought this because the actual HP product was out of stock. My HP printer doesn't like anything but original HP ink cartridges

printer will not work
i cannot use the cartridge because i get an error msg on my printer and it will not print. This was a total waste of my money.

Dries out too quickly
We had to return a cartridge after is was in the machine less then two weeks.

Not great
Our machine would not accept the re-manned version. Kept giving error codes and stopping. Went back to the OEM versions. Too bad. Loved saving the $$$.
