Very good price
My HP printer recognized it as a remanufactured authentic cartridge so didn't have any issues and the price was half the cost of new.

Not what I expected
I bought this product because it was cheaper than buying the normal product. I should have bought the regular ink because this was empty within 2 weeks, and I bought the XL one!

Good idea but didn't work in my printer
For my HP Envy printer I purchased a STAPLES multi-color cartridge and a black cartridge. The black ink cartridge would not work despite the trouble-shooting suggestions that I tried. I returned it to Staples and purchased a HP black ink. The two different brands are now working.

Garbage
These are inferior quality and I will never buy these again. Our boarding passes (QR codes) couldn't be read because of the poor distribution of the ink on the paper -- this happened with train and airplane tickets. Argh. A nightmare because I wanted to save money and use recycled products. Never again.

I have used the cartridge for a couple of day now and it seems to be ok. I will wait to make a final opinion after long term use.

Didn't work
The cartridge worked for a day, then speared black ink over a printout. The printer then reported that there was a problem with the cartridge.
