DON'T BOTHER.
I tried this product because it saved the office $10. I've been changing the ink in my Canon for many years now, so I know how to do it. These manufactured products do NOT work, at least not in our copier. Would never purchase again.

I ordered it as a backup, while ordering something else, for which I was charged but haven’t received, I have yet to use the cartridge. Maybe they will ask about the other item.

as far as I know the ink cartridge that I got is just fine except for one thing – it does not tell me that my ink cartridge is full therefore it will not tell me when it's getting low as a regular Canon cartridge would.

Do not purchase
No good, I ordered on Wednesday. product arrived on Thursday, I tried to print out 8 sheets of work and I only got 3 good pages of the 8 that I printed the rest were no good. the ink was out.
