STAPLES DOES NOT DISAPPOINT!
My family looks forward to the family calendar as their very special Christmas gift from Mom each year. I have spent two to three months every year for the past 17 years to create our family calendar. All pictures are from the previous year so it is really a family "history" calendar. Wasn't done on time
Website said if I ordered before 4 pm, I could pick up the next day. I ordered before 4 pm, drove out of my way the next day to pick up, and calendars weren't done. Was told they wouldn't be done for 2-3 more days. The only "apology?" was "If I could change the website I would." Staples, you've lost another customer.

The calendars were fine with the exception that you could not add copy.
Additionally the hanging tag was confusing…a regular punched hole would be preferable to me.

Affordable but difficult to hang
Calendar does not come with drill holes like most standard wall calendars. ( and there isn’t enough clearance in the calendar top and bottom to have a hole drilled yourself). They provide the flimsiest flat plastic hook which doesn’t look very useful to me. Can’t see it holding 11 month pictures . Feel free to reassure me that it works.

Excellent Christmas gift
We were able to create 2 individual calendars for grandparents and they loved it. The background designs/templates were great. There were options to add multiple images to a page and individualize calendar dates. The service was quick. Thanks for making such a good quality, affordable product.

I make a Christmas calendar every year, and it’s gotten harder to find a place that will print it in house. This year I decided to try Staples, and wa extremely happy with the results. They got the calendars done quickly (not easy during the holidays) and they turned out beautifully. Not only that, but the cost was very affordable.

VERY unreliable
I got Staples wall calendars for 2013 and 2014. I had captions for all months in 2013, but they were missing as to three. Because of time constraints, I had no choice but to accept them as is. For 2014, my order went in Saturday night, December 21, so should have been ready no later than 1 PM December 22 in accordance with your assurances that pick-up can be made within...
