Not too big, not too small - just right!
I have had two full-sized back supports for my office chair, and both have made it hard to even sit in my chair because they take up so much room. This support is perfect! It is adjustable and fits right into the small of my back, where I need it most. Highly recommend!

Not good
This product does not stay in one place no matter how much it's tightened. Mine also broke from constantly having to tighten.
