Poor quality headset. Ear piece hook is badly shapped and hurts. Head set wobbles and is loose in the ear piece. A sharpe decline from previous Poly headsets.

Difficult to use
This product is so inefficient. You still have to pick up your phone for it to work which defeats the purpose if you step away from your desk.

Works Great!
Make sure you also purchase a lifter so you can answer by just pressing the button on the side of the earpiece. The lift also comes with a little microphone that hears your phone ring if you're away from your desk and will beep in your ear so you know answer your phone. These complete your headset and gives you optimal usage.

Great product and fast shipping.
We had Jabra headsets that started to have problems instead of buying the same heavy and bulky headset we went with the Plantronics. Comfortable to wear all day battery last all day in our office. Not to mention great sound quality.

Plantronics CS540 Convertible Wireless Headset
We used this with an old-school office phone system (not VOIP). Easy to install. Clear sound quality. Compact and lightweight headset. However, the headset takes some time to adjust to and to determine which settings will work for each person.

Poor Sound quality
Everytime I would answer the phone after clicking the take call button people would stated that they could not hear me. we tried everything we could but it just would not make a clear connection except for when I would have to practically put the mouth piece directly into my mouth then they could really hear me. Returned Headset.

The item itself is great but it does not come with all the equipment needed to efficiently use. The part that goes under the hand set to lift it up is not included and should be.
