Staples - Excellent service
Ordered 2 one was quite damaged. Staples replaced it in two days at no charge and no hassle - took the damaged one back. Yay for Staples (and the bookcases are good too).

Expected better of HON
Light weight metal used easily damaged including during delivery. Delivered by one person even though clearly marked not to use a hand cart or straps to move. Was packaged only in shrink wrap with cardboard on corners top and bottom offering minimal protection. Did not feel like dealing with returning it so kept it as the damage could be concealed or semi-straighten...

We've purchased dozens of these shelves for our store and they are fantastic. They are light but hold every bit of what they say they do and I think we add a little more.
