Explode
Pump is great, but after a few months of use, the inner lining exploded. This is the second one we've ordered and both exploded.

Doesn't keep hot liquid hot very long. Harder to use than other models. Will not reorder this model again.

Like the other reviews, it was great for a while and then the top piece that helps pump the coffee broke.

Pumps stop working
Our coffee airpots get a lot of daily use in our break room. These airpots are wonderful when they are new, but after just a few months the pump goes out rendering the entire thing useless.

Not Durable With Regular Use
I purchased three of the Newco Sight Gauge Airpots for my office, and experienced issues within a few months of regular use. All three airpots developed a leak in the liner that allowed coffee or hot water to leak between the internal liner and exterior housing. Perfect Airpot
Keeps coffee hot without the "burn" taste from sitting on the burner too long. Great pressure from the pump and one press fills a mug. Love the sight view!
