The printer stopped working, stating replace the drum. I did, and it still says replace the drum. It does not print very dark, even with changing the toner too.

Poor quality for original mfr
Did not last first 50 pages of print. Started to go downhill quickly and this is a surprise given it is original Brother product. May just be defective but it is brand new!

OLD product questional quality
The shipping date label on the box to the store was 2/7/2019. Been at the store for over 2 years. Also the unit was in a black plastic sleeve closed with tape. I am used to SEALED in silver vacuum sealed packaging. The unit is old and possibly reconditioned. I had to replace my old drum because I had cleaned it following instructions on internet. BROTHER DR-720 STANDARD DRUM UNIT
I REPLACED DRUM UNIT BUT COPIER STILL IS NOT PRIINTING THAT WELL,. I HAD JUST REPLACED THE TONER CARTRIDGE SO THAT IS NOT THE REASON ITS NOT PRINTING WELL.
