The top handle broke off
I had this bag for over a year. The top handle of the bag broke off. It wasn't user error. I'm not able to use the wheels to roll it. I have to carry the bag. I like the bag and I plan to purchase again. However I didn't expect to have to replace the bag so soon. That's why I gave it 2 stars.

A great case
I got this to replace my shoulder bag to save the strain on my back. This bag has been wonderful so far. It fits my home and work laptops plus additional items as needed for the days when I need to work at home. I would definitely recommend this to others.

A Rolling Masterpiece
This bag is perfect! It is extremely roomy and rolls perfectly. I have no problem moving around with this bag. The handle is even hidden when not in use. I highly recommend this product.

Could be better
Doesn't really fit that much and the zippered access could be alot better. A great add would be a liner on the back so you could stack it with a short case for travelling. I wouldn't buy this again but it was the only one made available to me by my company.
