love it
This review is not so much about the quality of the ink itself. I just wanted to say how easy it is to order ink from the hp store. I ordered it at 7pm and it was waiting for me in the mail when I got home from work the next day. Can't beat that!

Doesn't work
System required "Genuine" HP Cartridges. Much more expensive than refills. I did alignment, 3 levels of cleaning and pictures STILL have streaks.

Stupidly priced.
Stupidly priced. The cost of a set of cartridges cost almost as much as the printer.

I now have purchased two magenta cartridges all my others are new but weeks to months old and I still have not printed a single page on this trash can filler.

Satisfaction with genuine HP ink cartridges
Have always had good performance from genuine HP ink cartridges. There has always been a good lead-time on the expiration date also. In the past 2-3 years I have been using the XL cartridges and been quite pleased with longer time between replacements.

Ink purchase was easy
I found the correct in ink carriage I needed for my printer. Unfortunately the printer head ended up becoming clogged out defective, making the printer a large paperweight.
Thankfully, I came back the same night and purchased a new HP printer instead. Staples made my return easy, which made my decision to purchase a replacement printer even easier.
