love it
This review is not so much about the quality of the ink itself. I just wanted to say how easy it is to order ink from the hp store. I ordered it at 7pm and it was waiting for me in the mail when I got home from work the next day. Can't beat that!

Doesn't work
System required "Genuine" HP Cartridges. Much more expensive than refills. I did alignment, 3 levels of cleaning and pictures STILL have streaks.

It prints RED
It prints Red, it looks good and I have never had a problem with it. But, HP is the only brand of ink I have ever used so I don’t have anything to compare it to, so that is why I didn’t give it 5 Stars. I wish the price was a lot lower.

Expensive and time limited
Rather annoying that ink cartridges have expiration dates. I used to print more and had ordered some cartridges that did not need for a couple of years and when I went to use, the printer would not accept even though package had never been opened.

H P ink cartridges
Although it’s not all do to the stores, the prices on HP and other name brand cartridges re far too high! You can purchase non brand ink and get it AirTran cheaper but it doesn’t let your printer do all it can with the name brand

We always buy the xl because they last so much longer without having to change the cartridge as often. I’ve never had a problem with any Hp ink cartridge.

The cartridge worked well, but very expensive. Under different circumstance I would have ordered this cartridge on line. Needed to print husband Death Certificate ASAP. Will not pick up at store and make same mistake again

always used HP ink for my HP printer. However your prices on ink is very to high. I understand your profits are very high. I know you can offer them at a cheaper price. That's not be greedy.

Bad Cartridge
I wish I could give this a minus number, but can't, so gave it one star. I purchased a full replacement group, which means all four colors. I ended up needing to buy this one separately. I put it in my printer, did one small print job (primary print colors were blue and white), now it says it is empty. Don't know what happened to it. It did not leak into my printer...

Great price and fast delivery
I really like the HP ink and use it all the time. It is so convenient to be able to to order and have it delivered to my home as well. My experience this time was excellent and I will continue to use Staples as my go to for my ink needs. (The price on this ink cartridge was great...but getting a discount made it the best around. Only use the original HP ink.
Only use the original HP ink cartridges. Imitations may cause you problems.
