love it
This review is not so much about the quality of the ink itself. I just wanted to say how easy it is to order ink from the hp store. I ordered it at 7pm and it was waiting for me in the mail when I got home from work the next day. Can't beat that!

Doesn't work
System required "Genuine" HP Cartridges. Much more expensive than refills. I did alignment, 3 levels of cleaning and pictures STILL have streaks.

Great ink and service
always use HP ink in my HP printer. Quality is always good, never have a problem with the cartridge, delivery is always on time or sooner.

Magenta is such a great bright shade. I love it.
I bought all 3cartridges of the 3 colors of ink plus one cartridge of black so I'm good to go now. I print a lot of photos of my family, great grandchildren and friends. HP is the best. I always buy the original ink, not the reprocessed ink.

Unhappy
We are part of a program that automatically sends us ink cartridges as needed. Unfortunately, our printer didn't communicate with the office, we ran out of this color and I had to buy a cartridge at an much higher price!
A refund would be nice!
