love it
This review is not so much about the quality of the ink itself. I just wanted to say how easy it is to order ink from the hp store. I ordered it at 7pm and it was waiting for me in the mail when I got home from work the next day. Can't beat that!

Doesn't work
System required "Genuine" HP Cartridges. Much more expensive than refills. I did alignment, 3 levels of cleaning and pictures STILL have streaks.

Ink cartridges are ink cartridges. Just like reviewing paper purchases--IT'S PAPER!!

I think the ink is way to expensive. My printer is a few years old and I am thinking of buying my ink from somewhere less expensive.

Perfect Cartarge for MAGENTA
Only thing I was disappointed about was that the XL carterge for MAGENTA from HP was more expensive than either the YELLOW or CYAN that I purchased earlier this month!

Printer fails to print this color
My HP Officejet Pro 8600 was not printing magenta even though the diagnostics indicated about a 1/4 ink left so I ordered a refill. The brand new magenta refill does not print either. I have wasted my money. When the cyan was empty I was forced to order a refill because I could not print anything, even in black only.

Arrived quickly...
I needed to replace the ink cartridge in order to print. Which I thought was very ridicules because they charged $35.00 for a small cartridge! I would rather pay $6.00 at Costco than pay $35.00 not worth it.

Easy,fast and economical
My cartridges are easy to find on the site, they give me several options for shipping, and they are delivered on time as promised.
The recycling program is also great and so easy to use.

Great box, high price
I really like the colorful box that HP ink comes in. The price, however, is quite high. I also like Hershey's chocolate so I'm not sure you can really trust my reviews.
