love it
This review is not so much about the quality of the ink itself. I just wanted to say how easy it is to order ink from the hp store. I ordered it at 7pm and it was waiting for me in the mail when I got home from work the next day. Can't beat that!

Doesn't work
System required "Genuine" HP Cartridges. Much more expensive than refills. I did alignment, 3 levels of cleaning and pictures STILL have streaks.

The printer recognized it as real HP Product and the printer worked!
Was it special, NO!

I purchase all of my ink from Staples and I'm very pleased with the product. While I was in the store I asked a clerk "why my chair will not move up straight. It is about 10 years. They thought it was worn out.Jim

Long lasting
For my print level this is a long lasting ink cartridge. Fast shipping keeps me from running out of ink without having to keep stock at my business.

Lasting a long time.
I haven't actually put my new Magenta ink cartridge to use yet, as I don't wait until my "old" cartridge is empty before I purchase new ones. However, my use of the same cartridge from earlier purchases has been wonderful. The color is good and it lasts a long time. Taking out old and putting in new cartridges is so easy too!

got the "double load" by mistake instead of the tri-pack. the packaging looks the same. had to fill out my printers needs uniformly as they ran out. the product is great. finding it in the long line of cartridges works well for me. the store help is friendly and knowlegable. the price is outlandish (surprise, surprise.) generally a good experience.
