love it
This review is not so much about the quality of the ink itself. I just wanted to say how easy it is to order ink from the hp store. I ordered it at 7pm and it was waiting for me in the mail when I got home from work the next day. Can't beat that!

Doesn't work
System required "Genuine" HP Cartridges. Much more expensive than refills. I did alignment, 3 levels of cleaning and pictures STILL have streaks.

Good product.
This is a cartridge for an injet printer, plain and simple. I ordered it online and it came in the mail the next day. The service was satisfactory except that it is sometimes difficult to understand the accent of the English speaking sales person working in the Philippines.

I believe HP Printers and HP Printer Ink is the best on the market. I do a lot of printing and I have never had a problem. I have been using their products for over 25 years. The magenta high yield is the best ink yet. It lasts a lot longer but still gives excellent printing & it doesnt smudge. Using the HP ink service is also very economical and fast. excellent product
High yield is very efficient in terms of reorder time, buying on sale saves on cost, printing quality and usage rate is far superior to my previous non-HP system. I recommend all 3 high yield colors as well as black.
