love it
This review is not so much about the quality of the ink itself. I just wanted to say how easy it is to order ink from the hp store. I ordered it at 7pm and it was waiting for me in the mail when I got home from work the next day. Can't beat that!

Doesn't work
System required "Genuine" HP Cartridges. Much more expensive than refills. I did alignment, 3 levels of cleaning and pictures STILL have streaks.

5 stars across the board. It came very quickly and was an excellent price. In the past I used to shop around but since the prices are so competitive it's no need to at this time. Hopefully they'll continue to be this way. Right now I plan on buying only certified HP ink and Staples will be my supplier of choice.

Expensive, but Good
Face it, ink is expensive. HP ink is no different. The good news is that it just works. Color consistency is great. The quality of the cartridges is very good. I've never had one fail. I've had difficulties with refilling cartridges and compatible cartridges, so stick with ink from the same manufacturer as the printer, but cringe every time I have to buy ink.
