love it
This review is not so much about the quality of the ink itself. I just wanted to say how easy it is to order ink from the hp store. I ordered it at 7pm and it was waiting for me in the mail when I got home from work the next day. Can't beat that!

Doesn't work
System required "Genuine" HP Cartridges. Much more expensive than refills. I did alignment, 3 levels of cleaning and pictures STILL have streaks.

HP inks are great!
We love HP inks. They never clog and give good black and white or color prints until they're empty and the printer gives ample warning before they're empty.

I actually ordered a ream of paper & the ink, the shipping box was trashed, the ream of paper was ripped open, not to many pages damaged, just some corners, the box the ink was in looked like someone stepped on it. The products are fine, the shipping leaves a lot to be desired.

Poor Inventory
A set of all 3 colors in XL would have been a much better value. I was very disappointed that you did have that; you only had a set of 3 without the XL

I see you were unsatisfied with the inventory at Staples. Did you go to a store or check online? There is usually a much more extensive selection online. The XL cartridges are a great buy. How do you review ink? This is what my printer takes. That said, they never jam or leak, and seem to last quite awhile. Good of Staples to give you $2 back per cartridge when you bring it back to the store.

HP Original Officejet Ink for XL 951
Always purchase the original HP Officejet inks.
Non OEM products (e.g. Non-HP Officejet inks) can ruin a printer.
I had a bad experience not using an original HP Officejet ink and eventually was able to fix my printer by using an original HP Officejet ink.
