love it
This review is not so much about the quality of the ink itself. I just wanted to say how easy it is to order ink from the hp store. I ordered it at 7pm and it was waiting for me in the mail when I got home from work the next day. Can't beat that!

Doesn't work
System required "Genuine" HP Cartridges. Much more expensive than refills. I did alignment, 3 levels of cleaning and pictures STILL have streaks.

Best ink ever. Bright colors great for printing out anything and great for photos. So much ink in XL ink well worth extra small increase in price. Will not use any other brand in my HP printer. The price was not competitive as compared to HP's on-line prices. I will be returning the ink.
The ink cartridge recycling program is also cumbersome and not user-friendly, especially if one is trying to help the environment.
