love it
This review is not so much about the quality of the ink itself. I just wanted to say how easy it is to order ink from the hp store. I ordered it at 7pm and it was waiting for me in the mail when I got home from work the next day. Can't beat that!

Doesn't work
System required "Genuine" HP Cartridges. Much more expensive than refills. I did alignment, 3 levels of cleaning and pictures STILL have streaks.

Ink quality and amount
NOT NEAR enough ink in a cartridge for the price that we're charged. Ink does not seem to be consistent in amount from purchase to purchase either. Been very disappointed.
