love it
This review is not so much about the quality of the ink itself. I just wanted to say how easy it is to order ink from the hp store. I ordered it at 7pm and it was waiting for me in the mail when I got home from work the next day. Can't beat that!

Doesn't work
System required "Genuine" HP Cartridges. Much more expensive than refills. I did alignment, 3 levels of cleaning and pictures STILL have streaks.

One day free delivery on HP Ink bought with a 20% coupon. Extremely happy for that. But the ink cartridge was a little pricey to begin with.

It's ink!
Once you get the magenta cartridge in the printer, you're good to go. It works just great in conjunction with other colors.

Poor packaging by Staples
Product was delivered in speedy fashion but the box was crushed. Cannot blame UPS because Staples people who sent it from Chambersburg, PA dropped 3 ink cartridges in a box without protection (no peanuts, or paper, etc) and only one row of clear packing tape over box seams. Wonderful Product!
These ink cartridges produce great color, copy after copy. When the cartridge is running low, you get a notice, far in advance, and you never get streaky images. This is my first HP printer, and I am amazed at the quality of the inks.

Easy to replace
I like the HP replacement cartridges, especially the XL version, as it saves you time and money. They are easy to install, and easy to replace. The only issue I had is that they are more expensive when you buy only one at a time. I wish I had bought the set of blue, magenta and yellow ink refills, as I would have saved quite a bit of money.
