love it
This review is not so much about the quality of the ink itself. I just wanted to say how easy it is to order ink from the hp store. I ordered it at 7pm and it was waiting for me in the mail when I got home from work the next day. Can't beat that!

Doesn't work
System required "Genuine" HP Cartridges. Much more expensive than refills. I did alignment, 3 levels of cleaning and pictures STILL have streaks.

U can count on it
I have been a long-time user of HP products. I like the fact that so many of the cartridges fit multiple printers. I have three printers at home since I do a lot of training that demands hand outs. HP printers have always done a good job for me. I always use HP branded ink. The colors are bright and bold and the printers are very reliable.

I like the coupons I get online for $'s off, for extra bonus points, and for the fact that you recycle the cartridges and give credit the those turned in, to use at a later date.
On a not so happy note, I wish I wouldn't have closed the Howell Store. It was much more convenient. I know I can order online, but when I go into the store, I end up picking up more products....

WIth 4 printers in office to keep running, I'm constantly running to Staples to buy ink cartridges...even though there are cheaper alternatives available. I've tried several of the re-manufacatured cartridges and usually they develop some issue. From a cost and headache standpoint, it's my experience that I'm better off buying original HP ink and leaving the rest alone....

I think that it is still too high in cost. But I can say I spend less on ink cartridges with the HP8600Plus printer then I did on other printers.

This is by far the best ink for the HP Office Jet Pro 8600 printer. The colors are vibrant and cartridge is long-lasting with a good per page yield. The cartridges are very easy to remove and reinstall. I buy when they are on sale and use coupons and my Staples rewards to get the best price. Excellent value using the HP xl cartridges. I seldom run out of ink and like the fact that I only need to replace the color that needs replacing rather than a cartridge that combines all colors into one.
