love it
This review is not so much about the quality of the ink itself. I just wanted to say how easy it is to order ink from the hp store. I ordered it at 7pm and it was waiting for me in the mail when I got home from work the next day. Can't beat that!

Doesn't work
System required "Genuine" HP Cartridges. Much more expensive than refills. I did alignment, 3 levels of cleaning and pictures STILL have streaks.

I like the HP ink cartridges, I am happy that HP has separated the colors so that if you run out of one you. Don't lose the other colors that are still good. My only complaint is more with the printers, it irritates me that you can't print regular copies (b&w) with out using the color ink. Other than that, I prefer the HP ink to the generic brands.
