love it
This review is not so much about the quality of the ink itself. I just wanted to say how easy it is to order ink from the hp store. I ordered it at 7pm and it was waiting for me in the mail when I got home from work the next day. Can't beat that!

Doesn't work
System required "Genuine" HP Cartridges. Much more expensive than refills. I did alignment, 3 levels of cleaning and pictures STILL have streaks.

Easy Ink
The 951XL cartridges are great. They are small, neat, and easy to install, and they seem to last longer than the 960XL's. Great improvement!!

I love my HP 8600 All In One Printer and the high yield inks are great. I get good quality prints, a goodly number of printed pages and can print on multiple paper types. I make greeting cards and the ability to use various types of paper on which to print and having ink that works well makes it a pleasure.

Economical and Good quality
I find the HP 951XL Magenta Ink Cartridge of good quality and it lasts a long time. I also enjoy the convenience of online purchasing and delivery. I feel that Staples values my time and my energy as well as my pocketbook. I purchase the combo packages but then also purchase extra 950XL black cartridges to cover my printing needs which only use black.

the xl is the best for longevity. It best to order only the color you want instead of all three colors in one pack if you want to save more money.

Although the prices for their ink are soaring, HP continues to provide XL inks that last a long time. I would never substitute a generic alternative or use refill ink on any of my printers.

WHAT ELSE WOULD YOU PUT IN AN HP PRINTER
For what it's worth, there is no ink more compatible for your HP Printer. And for the price of replacing the ink, just one time, you could actually buy yourself another new printer. Perhaps, consider getting one that has less expensive cartridges, next time. Of course, I might recommend it to a friend, but that's not to say I wouldn't recommend it more to an enemy.

I'm a sports writer for several teams and also conference 'stat man' for volleyball,girls baskeball and boys basketball.
