love it
This review is not so much about the quality of the ink itself. I just wanted to say how easy it is to order ink from the hp store. I ordered it at 7pm and it was waiting for me in the mail when I got home from work the next day. Can't beat that!

Doesn't work
System required "Genuine" HP Cartridges. Much more expensive than refills. I did alignment, 3 levels of cleaning and pictures STILL have streaks.

I've had to replace the ink cartridge before. I found they tend to last quite long. I haven't had any issues with this product

Ink is great, free delivery is problematical
The ink cartridge is just fine and the price is good. However, the free delivery always goes to the wrong address. Someday the person that actually receives it may not be so honest as to bring it over a few blocks to my home.
