love it
This review is not so much about the quality of the ink itself. I just wanted to say how easy it is to order ink from the hp store. I ordered it at 7pm and it was waiting for me in the mail when I got home from work the next day. Can't beat that!

Doesn't work
System required "Genuine" HP Cartridges. Much more expensive than refills. I did alignment, 3 levels of cleaning and pictures STILL have streaks.

getting rid of HP
My HP printer did not work because the cyan cartridge 'is defective' - Overall, HP is ripping off their customers with ink purchasing scams. I bought a new HP printer recently, and same issue. Runs out of ink quickly. I never use the color ink, yet the color ink gets 'used' whenever you install black ink. The color ink runs out quickly, and not having color ink prevents...

Very Expensive!
I had to purchase two replacement cartridges last week - over $100!!! Nice racket by HP - although I only print in black and white, the printer won't work if ANY of the cartidges are empty.

Worth the extra up front cost
If you are still using a cartridge based inkjet printer, then the extra cost up front for the XL cartridges makes sense. One is able to print so many more pages as compared to a regular 950 cartridge. But overall cost for cartridges is an issue.
