love it
This review is not so much about the quality of the ink itself. I just wanted to say how easy it is to order ink from the hp store. I ordered it at 7pm and it was waiting for me in the mail when I got home from work the next day. Can't beat that!

Doesn't work
System required "Genuine" HP Cartridges. Much more expensive than refills. I did alignment, 3 levels of cleaning and pictures STILL have streaks.

Disappointed with the packaging
This black ink cartridge seems to be ok. Whether or not it lasts as long as it's supposed to be remains to be seen. As expensive as HP ink is, I'm very disappointed that HP is no longer sealing its ink cartridges in airtight foil or plastic wrappers. How do we know if some of the ink has dried out when the cartridge comes loose in a cardboard box?
