I got home with the cartridge and installed it and the next day there was a message on my printer about the printhead was missing, installed incorrectly or something else. It was cheaper buying a new printer than fixing my HP 8620.

Ink didn't work
I spent $35 on ink and the printer won't recognize it. I have checked again, and again, and again and it is the correct HP Ink 951, the same as the empty cartridge it was purchased to replace, but after following all listed troubleshooting steps on the HP website it won't recognize the printer cartridge.
