Never had one issue with a cartridge as long as I have had HP printers.

Item not in store
I was unhappy that Staples had no #61 HP black ink cartridges in stock.I only bought tricolor as necessity. Clerk called to order online for store delivery of of no. 61 black. Not Available

Easy to use

Very Reasonable Price on HP Black Ink

Try again
I bought the color and black cartridges and one was faulty and would not install. Staples took them back and the new ones are fine.
