always replacing ink
It is probably my printer but I sure need to change ink cartridges often! And I don't even use my printer every day.

Usability
Didn’t realize that the printer didn’t have as good of a flat surface as my old HP printer. Thus not as user friendly as I need. I gave the printer to a non-profit.

I still think these ink cartridges are OUTRAGEOUSLY expensive. Plus they’re made in Malaysia beautiful country but not USA. HP is making a bundle.

good stuff as long as it lasts
the ink is good but i haven't figured out how to make it last longer before going "bad".

Toner for printer

I had to return to Staples in order to get that sharp printing quality I deserved. The other store was priced lower but you can't argue with professional looking documents that Staples' ink cartridges provided. Thank you Staples!

HP61 cartridge
It was delivered earlier than estimated. Worked without a problem. Was a bit worried it might not be compatible since it was not the XL version. This one's cheaper so I'm happy it worked.
