Very upset doesn't work w deskjet 3050 j610a
a bought this cartridges one on color and the other on black, placed on the printer and a printer msg appear saying that both cartridges are incompatible... so, can somebody tell me what number are the originals, cuase a took the info from this site recomended that HP61was the elegible for my printer

Love the Folks at Staples
We needed visa photographs and had wasted our time at a local pharmacy that couldn’t provide the photos on a thumb drive. The Staples employee who took care of us was so friendly and very professional.

Great customeer service
On 11-16-22 I picked the wrong item. Upon discovering MY error, I returned the items to the store next day and was given full credit even though I admitted it was my error. We've been good customers for years and this certainly cemented the relationship.
