The first cartridge would not work returned it for another. The second one worked fine but HP ink 61 is getting expensive.

Great quality ink for a good price. I use for basic prints for an Etsy shop and it gets the job done well.

Just a short visit !
I was in a hurry and have purchased cartridges in your store in the past so I knew where to find them. It was just a quick in and out. The cashier was very pleasant and in all it was the perfect experience .

WAY WAY TO EXPENSIVE NOW! AND….can’t just use the black alone. Next printer I get will certainly consider the ink.

HP errors-not Staples fault
Bought black ink and had an error message. I thought maybe if I replaced the color as well it would work but no same error message that the cartridges are not compatible. I googled it and see I am not alone with this problem. So I spent a lot of money on two cartridges and now I actually need a new printer. It is difficult to find one that accepts this cartridge.

Hi there Margaret I am so sorry you encountered an HP recognition error. For many customers those notifications could be clearer. There are a few remedies for this issue. Start by taking out the cartridge and restarting the printer. When you reinsert the cartridge see if the issue is resolved. If not try to reverse any recent software updates to the printer. I got the smaller ink because I didn't want it to dry up Have no problem with this ink

That is what I purchased.
Sales rep was helpful with locating the ctg given all your store stocks. Would recommend the store and range of ctg's that you carry.
