good - always helpful
Service was fine but my colored ink cartridge didn't print color or anything./ I've been wanting to come back to the store but just haven't had time. Will be on a. trip for 2 weeks but hopefully you can see what is going on when I return. Thank you

I like the advantage of getting 30 percent off ink. I just wish the shipping could be handled by other that USPS. Their delivery is unpredictable

Not full ink cartridge?
I was a little worried because after printing only about 50 pages my brand new cartridge indicated that I was low on ink? I will be watching to see if it runs out before printing the 190 pages.

Would not purchase any other brand than HP for my
I have always had excellent service from HP ink since I purchased ny printer many years ago. Friends complain about their ink roducts and I always suggest they upgrade to HP. Has never let me down!

Bad cartridge
They usually work great but this time the color cartridge was faulty and had to be returned for a new one.
