Not compatible with my computer. Previous ones were compatible but not this particular order.

Hello I am sorry to read about your experience with this product. There are a few potential reasons the cartridge did not work with your printer. • It is possible the printhead was damaged or smudged. Sometimes damage cartridges or smudged contacts on the cartridge don’t print. • Try to remove exterior substances. Polish the copper contacts on the cartridge. Even dust dirt water and fingerprints can cause an impact to the copper contacts. • Lastly because you have an older printer model it is possible the cartridges have been changed to fit more recent models. If you cannot get the cartridge to work I suggest contacting HP at hp.com/contactHP or the seller. A return or exchange may be plausible. -Amanda HP Care hp.com/support

Beautiful photo!
I used the color cartridge very soon after arriving home. I tried to print a photo before changing the cartridge. I had to discard it. I also have printed a St. Nick wrapping for a gift.

Black high yield and tricolor cartridges
These cartridges have a good quality print! The black XL should last longer than the regular cartridges.
