Prefer over the Staples remanufactured cartridges
Debated about ordering the remanufactured cartridges like I did the last time I had to replace the ink, vs. the Canon original (don't think they were available at that time). Unsatisfactory
The cartridge had gone up substantially in price. I did not need/want the photo paper that came with it. Will look elsewhere next time for the cartridge.

Ink for 15+ Year Old Printer
Staples still had ink for a Canon iP4200 inkjet printer I had to pull out of storage, that I had NOT used for 8+ years, after may laser printer quit on me. Printer still worked great after new ink tanks were installed.

I came to STAPLES to buy just one PGI-Black cartridge.
I feel tricked by the sales person who went back to get me a Canon PGI-Black Cartridge, but was 'sold' the multi-pack of all the colors, half of which I did not need yet. I dislike that the sales person was not listening to me.

UNEXPECTEDLY HAPPY!
I have used non-canon cartridges before and have had difficulty with them. It was time to try it again. I have only used the yellow so far and it's perfectly fine -at a fraction of the cost of the brand name!
