Great response
Free next day delivery and price. We live in a rural area and next day delivery just isn’t offered. I was out of ink and Staples came though.

Printer Cartridges
The printer cartridges were ordered from the Staples store in Vestal. They arrived in 3 days on some what a timely manner. What bothers me is they are not stocked and sold at the store. If I needed them that day, I was out of luck. The last two times I have needed black cartridges, I had to order them. This is unacceptable.

Alarm rings upon entering store; search of personal items results in results in no explanation and . Alarm reset. Employee aids in finding correct ink needed and chair floor pzxc.pad found. W Purchase is made and a happy customers Leaves storeThank you. Same item has been used before and experience will be passed on indicating future return!!!!

poor printing
After changing the cartridge, it printed fine for a few days, then started having areas that did not print. I ran a test pattern and it confirmed there were some missing areas, so I ran the head cleaning. The test pattern was even worse so I ran the head cleaning a second time. It was better, but still had missing areas and it is noticeable on my printed pages. I'm not ...
