Good safe overall
One change I would make would be to stop the dial when you lock in the last digit.

Not as expected
Did not come with locking box as depicted in description and in photos but otherwise fine. If handle is not closed completely the dial lock will not function properly.

Exactly what I needed
This is exactly what I needed for a home closet fire safe. Keeps all our important documents, passports, deeds, titles, trust papers, birth certificates, social security cards, marriage certificate, spare keys to vehicles, boats, ATV's, high end jewelry, cryptocurrency keys, emergency cash, and handguns.

Installation of safe
No manual came with the order so that was very frustrating. Took a while for us to get it downloaded and printed out to get the safe working. Other than that safe is working well so far.

First home safe for me.
I debated with myself for months and looked at countless possibilities for a home safe. I needed it to be certified for water and fire if the worst would occur.
I considered a used unit but in the end I wanted the warranty and replacement if needed. I believe in "You get what you pay for" Only issue and it's not really a big deal but one more shelf would be helpful for...

strong, easy to operate safe.
I feel good about my purchase, I have been wanting a safe for our important documents for a long time, I looked around a lot, I was really concerned about it being a fire and waterproof safe. I also wanted something simple to use. I think it was a decent price for what I got.

Good safe for documents but read directions
Functional and decently heavy. Like the key feature with combo. Bought a document sleeve for extra protection since there was a warning of moisture buildup. Instructions say to open safe up every two weeks to reduce moisture, I don’t think anyone would do that so I bought more moisture packets. Make sure to read directions thoroughly. All in all…as advertised!
It is pretty much as advertised and a good price!! I found it heavier than I expected, which is a good thing!! Wanted to bolt in down, but then I read that the “waterproof” feature will be annulled since drilling holes on bottom metal would allow water to seep in!! So… did not bolt it to floor!!
Also the combination dial seams to get stuck at times and is not very smoot...

Combination
Great love the combination and key, much better than the digital I had, the behind the pad started to dry out and began to break. That is the reason I went with the combo. I did have the combo for over 25 years though.
