I forgot my combination for some weird reason after having a safe for 10 years I filled out the form and it said I would get my code within 7 to 10 business days and I had my code within one day so that was really awesome. Thank you Sentry Safe!

New safe unusable and no help
Can’t get new safe open bc shipping pins still in place and door was closed when box was opened. Can’t ‘hit’ the right place to open it so can’t use it

1st. time Sentry customer
Safe works as advertised. Easy set up and simple to use keypad. Only problem was difficulty opening the battery tray open. Had to use a small flat head screwdriver to release locking tab.

will "not" stay locked.
Bought this to keep money for family emergencies. Found open after securing the safe was locked. Several attempts later discovered safe can be opened without combination.

It is stuck and will not open
Got this as a gift but it won’t open anymore. I think it is completely stuck from the inside. Watched some YouTube videos on how to get it to open with a magnet but no luck opening it yet. I configured the code to unlock properly and checked that the battery is fully powered.

So far so good , does have its drawbacks
Satisfied so far , because its digital I worry that I may get locked out if it malfunctions and there is no “back up key”. It was a gift so I didnt fully look into it . Certain materials will mildew even with keeping the prevention packet inside

I really like this safe. It’s the perfect size for us and holds all our important documents and things keeping them safe from Fire and Water. The only con is that it did not come with a shelf which was a little deceiving with the picture on the packaging. Otherwise, I’d give it five stars.

Nice safe but I don't like the plastic handle
Nice massive safe, seems to be a very good fire protection. But why a plastic handle? The handle makes cheep.

A pretty good safe for the money
Programming it was easy following the instructions. The only issue I've experienced is occasionally the bolts don't retract after inputting the combo. I tried lightly puttign some WD-40 on the bolts dn thought that fixed the issue. But it still occasionaly will crop up. Doesn't keep me from usign the safe. Door lock is very hard to engage.
Overall this is a nice safe for the money. My only issue is the door is very hard to close. In order for us to close the door we have to stand the safe on it back and push down on the door to get the lock to engage.

Great for the price and easy to operate.
Just purchased and wanted it fire and waterproof. Thought it would have trays included. Sent email that it was dented on the side. Hoping this doesn't void the safe.

Good personal safe
Only have had it for a couple days but it seems very solid and is a perfect size for. somtjnfn to keep your valuables I would recommend excpecily if it's in sell I got it on black Friday about $100 off retail

Great value.
The safe is a great value and for the price point, I believe it meets the expectations of the customer very well. It is not without its flaws, but they are forgivable considering its price. I do wish the lock would be more consistent when entering the code to open.
