Great response
Free next day delivery and price. We live in a rural area and next day delivery just isn’t offered. I was out of ink and Staples came though.

The prints started to have streaks (on the black ink) and looked a bit faded after only 25 pages printed

Epson ink
I have used Epson printers and ink since 1990 for my Mac and now for a PC too. Never a problem with quality. This was not my first choice for paks but there were a lot of empty Epson hooks, and I had limited time to redeem my reward credit so I had to select the best of what was there. The normal 5 stars is 3 this time for poor selection in the store.

Not the correct size
Just just glad I was able to return it still can't find what I need staples needs to get better with their selections pandemic and no pandemic there's no reason to not have a selection that consumers can choose from in the store

Empty Cartridge
Normally, there is no problem with my ink purchases from Staples. However, the combo package purchased had an empty black cartridge.
Did not know until it was installed with the other 3 colors. My printers ink level for black showed empty. I purchased another black cartridge. Had no problem with the new one
