Product fine delivery poor
The product was good, but the delivery of the product to our door was lacking It took longer than we were expecting to ship the goods and when it did come, it was left overnight on our front steps where it could have been ruined by the potential rain in the forecast.

Good envelope
Needed to get these quickly, but Staples gets them direct from the manufacturer, so it took a couple of extra days. Shopped around for economical choices, and it seemed most of the ones in this price range ship direct from JAM, no matter who's selling them, so I stock with Staples for the free shipping.
