This sleeve fresh out of the bag seemed fabulous. Nice and tight, did not slide or twist on my arm. It stayed pretty well in place. After 3-4 days of wearing this thing began to have an odor and the material is seperating from the neoprene. The seperation is not a major issue at this point.
